Thank you for shopping with Maizie Consignment Boutique. To continue offering high-quality apparel at competitive prices, we operate under a strict All Sales Final policy. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
All purchases made on our website are considered Final Sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • Incorrect sizing (Please ask fir measurements before purchasing, as sizes vary between brands and cuts).
  • Varying color/texture preferences (Actual colors may vary slightly due to digital screen settings and studio lighting).
2. Exceptions for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in our quality control.  All items are fully inspected before shipping. We understand that shipping errors can occur. We will not be responsible for damaged items during shipping, you will have to contact the shipping company for compensation.
    3. Order Changes and Cancellations
    Because we fulfill orders immediately to ensure fast shipping, we cannot accommodate order cancellations, modifications, or address changes once checkout is complete. Please double-check your cart and shipping details before submitting your order.

    4. U.S. State Law & Chargeback Abuse  
    • State Compliance: Pursuant to state consumer protection laws (including California Civil Code § 1723 and New York General Business Law § 218-a), notice is hereby given that all sales are final, and no cash refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be provided except for the damaged/defective scenarios outlined above.
    • Chargeback Policy: By completing your transaction, you acknowledge and agree to this Final Sale policy. Any fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes opened with your bank or credit card processor claiming "unrecognized return" or contesting this policy will be vigorously defended using this agreement as binding documentation.
