Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with Maizie Consignment Boutique. We partner with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping practices below.
  • Signature Confirmation requirement for orders over $250.
1. Processing Times
  • Standard Processing: All orders require [e.g., 1–3] business days to process, pack, and prepare for shipment.
  • Business Days: Our fulfillment center operates [e.g., Monday through Friday], excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer several USPS shipping methods at checkout. Shipping speeds are estimates provided by USPS and do not include our 1-3 day processing time.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is scanned by USPS, a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS Tracking Number will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the official USPS website.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
  • Address Accuracy: The buyer is strictly responsible for providing an accurate and safe shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
  • Delivered But Missing: If your USPS tracking status states "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. We are not responsible for packages stolen after a successful delivery confirmation by USPS.
  • In-Transit Issues: If your package is delayed, stuck in transit, or lost by USPS, please contact USPS and open a USPS missing mail search. We will try and assist you in any way we can.
5. Shipping Restrictions
  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS.
